Transparency

Many of our reports were made possible thanks to the contributions of our most precious resource: our readers. In 2014, indeed, we launched the first crowdfunding platform for war reporting and since then the readers have actively participated in the creation of numerous reports, donating their contributions, and above all, giving us their trust. The project was called Gli Occhi della Guerra (literally The Eyes of War) and in May 2019 we launched its English version, InsideOver.

Reader’s donations go directly to the non-profit entity “Association for the promotion of journalism” and in order to maintain the confidence of our readers, here you can find all the expenses incurred by our reporters during their expeditions. In this page you’ll find the receipts for the English reports. Since we have only just commenced the English version of our project in 2019, there are only a few receipts. Here is the Italian Transparency page for the Italian reports
