Vas Shenoy is a scholar of Europe-India relations. During the last 22 years of his career, he has worked for the management of companies and projects in the fields of information technology, renewable energy and cooperation and development in more than thirty countries in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia, collaborating with governments, the World Bank and UN agencies.
