Selin Caglayan is a Turkish journalist and writer. She has worked as a diplomatic and international correspondent for 23 years in Ankara, Athens, Brussels and Tel Aviv-Ramallah for leading Turkish newspapers and TV stations. Also reported for the Turkish services of BBC and DW.
She has published three books on the Middle East in Turkish; Israil Sozlugu (The Lexicon of Israel), Musluman Kardeslerden Yeni Osmanlilara Islamcilik (Islamism from Muslim Brothers to Neo-Ottomans), Sii Dusuncesinde Islamcilik: Iran. Mehdi’yi Beklerken (Islamism in Shia Thought: Iran. Waiting for the Mahdi), still working
on her fourth book, “Filistin Sozlugu ( The Lexicon of Palestine.)
