Rocco Volante was born in Merano, Italy, in 1984. Freelance journalist, graduated in Contemporary History at the University of Milan, is mainly interested in the history of the Soviet Union, geopolitics, climate change and migration, in the form of direct reporting. He has made reports in Russia and Uzbekistan and has collaborated with Soviet Tours and Il Mattino dell’Alto Adige. He lives in Berlin.
