Dr Nidal Kabalan is Syria’s last Abassador to Turkey, former Managing Director of two TV channels, former lecturer at Damascus University Media Department, poller and widely known radio and TV host for 25 years, former senior journalist with the BBC, MBC and CNN contributor. Voted Arab Journalist of the Year three times running, he is also a musician, composer, calligrapher and poet.
