Federico Giuliani was born in Pescia (Pistoia) in 1992. A graduate in Communication, Media and Journalism from the “Cesare Alfieri” Faculty of Political Science at the University of Florence. He specialised in Public and Political Communication Strategy, writing a thesis on the North Korean political system, a country he visited in 2017. He has been a registered public journalist since 2015. His specialty field is Asia. Since August 2018 he has been regularly occupied covering Asian events for Il Giornale – Gli Occhi della Guerra. He has written two books; North Korea. A journey through the bunker-country (Polistampa, 2018) and The Ignored Revolution. Behind North Korea. Socialism, progress and modernity (2019, La Vela)
