Born in 1991, Evans is a photographer from Ghana where he currently works. After finishing school he became a self-taught photographer and upon completing his university degree in graphics began to collaborate mainly with NGOs and international organizations. He is a native of the Volta region. His images focus particularly on exploring rural life, the Country’s traditions and the role of women. Amongst others he is inspired by Ghanaian photographer and documentary maker Emmanuel Bobbie, and Sails Chong, a Chinese photographer specializing in commercial photography. He has worked for UNICEF, Cabi International, Camfed Ghana, Cowtribe and German broadcaster Deutsche Welle
