Alex is a UK-based Security Consultant. After serving for several years in the Hellenic Armed Forces, he moved to London, where he received his master’s degree from the War Studies Department of King’s College London in 2017. He has worked in key positions of the private security sector, with numerous deployments overseas. His research interests include security and politics in the Mediterranean and MENA, International Terrorism and the role of Private Military Companies in modern warfare. He is a member of the Security Institute (MSyI). When not travelling the world, he divides his time between Athens, Greece and London, UK.
